Bregan Properties CC was founded by the sole member, Chris Barnard, in 2006.He worked as an employer in the field since 2003 and decided to grow on his own. He single handedly grew the company from letting of 2 units to an astonishing 450 units. It was always his aim to grow in leaps and bounds and he thus moved from just letting into selling residential as well as commercial property late 2010. With a great team behind him this proved to be a great success. This aspirational man has a vision, attained it and is broadening his horizons daily. He is what the Developer dreams of-finding tenants, maintaining the property as well as all legal implications. Chris is proud to announce that his ratio of BEE requirements is correct.
